When will I receive my order?
If you order before 2 p.m., you will usually receive your package the next day, unless otherwise stated. Fresh produce, such as plants and seeds, cannot be returned, because it cannot be guaranteed that the plants have been properly cared for by the buyer. We only supply 100% quality products. If the buyer believes that he or she has received a plant that does not meet the quality expectations, please contact us. We always provide a suitable solution.
Was my order successful, because I did not receive a confirmation?
In case you have encountered the payment screen during the ordering process, you have successfully placed an order. However, it is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam box.
