Shipping throughout Europe

We ship cheaply to all countries within the EU. Orders up to 30 kg are shipped with PostNL, and shipments above 30 kg are shipped via transport.

Delivery time is 1 to 7 working days.

For packages of 30 kg or more, the shipping costs are:

  • €79.99 to Belgium
  • €149.99 to Germany

If a product cannot be shipped to you, we will contact you and refund your money.

Online orders over €25 are delivered free of charge.

Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next workday, depending on the delivery day.

  • Ordered on Monday: Delivery on Tuesday

  • Ordered on Tuesday: Delivery on Wednesday

  • Ordered on Wednesday: Delivery on Friday

  • Ordered on Thursday: Delivery on Friday

  • Ordered on Friday: Delivery on Saturday

  • Ordered on Saturday: Delivery on Tuesday

  • Ordered on Sunday: Delivery on Tuesday

  • Standard delivery: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €9.95 to Belgium (next day delivery)

  • PostNL Collection Point: €6.95 (next day from 4:00 PM)

  • PostNL Extra Early Collection Location: €6.95 (next day from 8:30 am)

  • PostNL Evening Delivery: Currently not available for Belgium

Additional information delivery

Should it happen that a product is not available after ordering, we will contact you to choose another product or cancel the product completely, and possibly the entire package.

If we are delayed in delivering your order, we will let you know by email.

Order Arrived Damaged

We take every possible care in shipping our products.

Did the plant, pot or an accessory arrive damaged? Then follow these steps:

Please send us three clear photos within 48 hours of delivery showing what is broken, shattered or incorrect.

We will discuss the best solution together: exchange or compensation.

Please note: If you do not report this within 48 hours of delivery, we will no longer be able to accept returns for damaged goods. For plants, you must report any defects to us within 48 hours of receipt.

The warranty period is 14 days, provided the plant has been properly cared for.

Also Good for the Environment

By placing an order at Teeninga Palmen you also help to improve the environment! This is because we use hay as filling material, which is freshly picked from the local farmer! Our fresh hay can also be used as: Animal feed / Winter insulation or soil protection against frost! It can of course also simply be thrown on the compost heap, because it is biodegradable.

We also make from used boxes if possible. These are good quality boxes, but sometimes something other than Teeninga Palmen can be on them. This way, these boxes get a second chance and all this without having gone through the complete recycling process. Some sizes are very difficult to obtain: But even then we use recycled boxes!
