- Plants and fresh produce: These cannot be returned unless they were delivered incorrectly or damaged.
- Other items: Must be returned in original (new) condition and in original packaging.
- Return costs: You will be charged for the costs of returning the item, unless it is an error on our part.
- Damage during transport: If an item is damaged during return, this will be recovered from the sender.
- Special transport: Items shipped by special transport must also be returned in this way.
