Request Deletion of Your Data

At Teeninga Palmen, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your data from our Facebook application, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

support@teeningapalmen.nl

Required Information

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

• Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Facebook account
• Facebook User ID (if known)
• Date of your request

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your profile information collected from Facebook
• Any usage data associated with your account
• Log files containing your personal information
• Any other personal data we may have collected through the app

Processing Time

• We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours
• Your data will be completely deleted within 30 days of receiving your request
• You will receive email confirmation once the deletion is complete

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests:

• We may ask you to verify your identity
• We may require confirmation from the email address associated with your Facebook account
• Additional verification may be requested for security purposes

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• You will no longer be able to access the app with your previous account
• All personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
• Some anonymized usage statistics may be retained for business purposes (without any personal identifiers)

Facebook Data

Please note that this process only deletes data stored by Teeninga Palmen. To delete data stored by Facebook:

• Go to your Facebook Settings
• Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
• Find our app and remove it
• This will revoke our app's access to your Facebook data

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Legal compliance requirements
• Fraud prevention
• Security incident investigation

Any retained data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to you personally.
