The Cordyline australis - Green Cabbage Palm

The Green Cabbage Palm is a great tropical plant that can be placed in the garden as well as in the home. With its beautiful deep light green - dark green leaves, it adds an extra exotic touch to wherever it is placed.
It also gets beautiful white flowers in the summer months.
It is hardy to max -10 degrees and can therefore be left outside, but also fine indoors as a houseplant.

In winter it should be protected because it is a real sentient plant.

Caring for the Cabbage Palm:
Prevent this palm from standing wet, and in a pot where excess water can drain away.
It likes a sunny spot, but will also grow in a shady spot.
